Beatrice

Beatrice is a village along the R1- that’s Zimbabwe’s main highway. The village is about 54 km out of Harare on your way towards Masvingo. Beatrice is known for its large dairy and tobacco estates that are lush and green pretty much all year round. When driving on the highway, you can actually see the cattle from the farms known for the prize-winning cattle. Beatrice is not well known for day excursions or anything of the sort, but you can stop over and appreciate the agriculture on your way to another town or city along the way.
