Participants should be comfortable with physical activity, including a steep hike into and out of the Batoka Gorge. • Minimum age: 12 years old (strictly enforced for safety reasons). • Safety first: Routes, rapids, and the itinerary may change on the day depending on river conditions and safety assessments. • Weather & river conditions: Water levels and weather can change quickly; trips may be modified, delayed, or canceled for safety reasons. • Passport & visa: A valid passport is required, especially for cross-border pick-ups. Travelers are responsible for holding the correct visa. • What to wear: Wear swimwear, quick-dry clothing, and secure water shoes. Expect to get wet. • Personal items: Leave valuables at your hotel or bring them at your own risk. • Travel insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended for adventure activities. • Pickup times: Final pick-up times are confirmed the evening before the activity.
